Mr. Santosh Varalwar a Management Graduate started his career as Merchant Navy Officer. By virtue of his inner dynamism he took a step ahead to be a first generation entrepreneur.

In the year 1985 he made a humble beginning of starting a Pharmaceutical company. He then went on to establish Active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing company, and going forward his company forayed into specialty chemicals with focus on Home & Personal Care. His efforts in synthesizing an Antimicrobial (Triclosan) by a novel route paid dividends to the company, and this propelled into addition of various products in Oral care, Hair care and Skin care range, providing substantial value to the customers worldwide.
